Designed to restore two headlights.
The kit includes:
2 x sandpaper, grit P800
2 x sandpaper, grit P1200
2 x sandpaper, grit P2000
2 x sponge (1 x white, 1 x orange)
1x 85g tube polishing paste
2 x 3ml UV protection fluid
1 x masking tape (300*2 cm)
1 x holder base plate
1 x M10 threaded adapter for attachment to the side of the drill

Instructions:
If possible, use an electric polishing machine, drill. If necessary, attach an adapter to the base plate for grinding with a drill.
Preparation: Clean the headlight glass with water. Cover the area surrounding the glass with tape to avoid scratches on nearby painted surfaces.
Sanding: Moisten the sanding disc with water and attach it to the base plate. Sand with three different sanding discs with 3 different grits to completely remove severe yellowing, tarnishing and corrosion. Use sanding discs from coarse to fine: P800-P1200-P2000 (numbers on the back of the sanding disc). The process must be done in the correct order to achieve the desired result.
Polishing:
Attach the orange polishing pad to the side of the base plate and add the polishing paste from the tube to the sponge. Polish the glass until the shine of the glass returns. Use a polishing machine or a drill (better results than polishing by hand). If polishing by hand, make at least 200 circles with the polishing pad in a circular motion.
Coating with protective wax:
Clean the fire glass from polishing residues and dry. Apply a thin layer of UV protection fluid to the headlight glass and leave it for 10-15 minutes (no more dripping). When applying the protective fluid to the headlight, avoid sunlight. Dry it immediately in direct sunlight for 1-2 hours. Make sure that dust and other dirt do not get into the fluid, as this affects the brightness of the headlight. Keep the glass dry, do not wash it for 24 hours. Apply UV protection at a temperature not lower than 15C.
