Parcel collection:
After the parcel has been delivered to the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS with an access code on your phone. Enter this code on the touch screen of the parcel machine and the door of the locker with the parcel will open.

The parcel can be collected within 7 days of its arrival at the parcel machine.

NB! DPD parcel terminals can accommodate items with maximum dimensions of 36x43x61 cm and a weight of 31 kg (including packaging). If the ordered item exceeds these parameters, it will be sent by courier.

Receiving the parcel:
The parcel will be delivered directly to your home or work no later than 18.00. The courier agrees on the exact time of delivery of the parcel with the client by phone.

Omniva / Eesti Post also offers a convenient way to deliver parcels: the client can choose the post office where his order will arrive. The post office can be located anywhere, not just near the client’s place of residence.

Receiving the parcel:
As soon as the parcel arrives at the post office chosen by the client, 2 notifications are sent to the recipient of the parcel (SMS messages or email). The first notification is sent as soon as the parcel is processed at the post office warehouse, the second - after 5 working days. The parcel is stored at the post office chosen by the client for 15 calendar days.
